This 4500 sq ft Arts & Crafts Cottage is located in the highlands of Haliburton, Ontario.  Many quality finishing  materials including black cherry, BC fir, natural slate tile, pink and black granite, stainless steel and  textured glass were used.  NPC completed all of the interior and exterior work including our own shop-made solid black cherry interior doors, stairs, railings, panelling, trims, kitchen cabinets, vanities, and library millwork.  Kitchen and vanity countertops, fireplace surrounds and mantels – polished black granite. The exterior included a custom NPC solid natural mahogony entrance door unit, cedar shingle roof, cedar shingle walls, copper eaves trough and flashings, roof eyebrow detail, concrete and wood truncated veranda columns, load bearing gable soffit brackets and red cedar beams and trims.  The cottage includes a 600 sq ft. great room with a 24 ft. high fireplace finished with black granite and cherry paneling, and a 22 ft. wide barrel ceiling finished with v-match red cedar. The project also included a three car 1500 sq ft garage with finished loft.
