Our Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments have adopted legislation, standards and guidelines granting legal recognition to properties of historic and/or architectural importance by means of designation. Designation helps to ensure the protection of these properties so that future generations are able to recognize and appreciate them as symbols of our history and civic pride.

VICTORIA HALL – Cobourg, ON

“Victoria Hall is a Federal Heritage site in the Town of Cobourg, Ontario. It houses the municipal offices for the town, an art gallery, a concert hall and a provincial court room. In the past NPC Services completed exterior restoration on the windows and doors and an interior restoration of the grand ballroom hall. “The workers Neal Pope has are exceptional to say the least, most professional, courteous to staff, users of the building, and passers by.
